IV. 定义

1. 服务的动物
   A service animal is a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or task (s) the service animal has been trained to provide must be directly related to the individual’s disability.

7. 程序

   3. The healthcare provider will need to document that the animal provides emotional support that alleviates one or more of the identified symptoms or effects of an existing disability.
